Honey Industry

“Los Hermanitos” Honey – Origin Los Charrúas, Entre Ríos

At Di Lauro, we represent Los Hermanitos beekeepers from Los Charrúas, Entre Ríos, Argentina, one of the most renowned honey-producing areas in the Litoral region. We work with extraction facilities approved by SENASA and with Argentine exporters and homogenizers who ship regularly to the European Union, meeting the highest standards of quality, traceability and food safety.

Production capacity

  • Own capacity: up to 5,000 drums of honey per season.

  • Extended capacity: thanks to a trusted network of partner collaborators, we can scale our offer to approximately 10,000 drums, always maintaining consistent quality criteria and analytical control.

Product properties and standards

  • Low moisture and controlled HMF, according to EU requirements.

  • Full traceability from the apiary to the drum.

  • Compliance with SENASA requirements and international sanitary regulations.

  • Documentation available: laboratory analysis, health certificates and export documentation for the European Union.

Varieties we offer

  • Eucalyptus monofloral honey

    • Origin: eucalyptus forestry developments in Los Charrúas, Entre Ríos.

    • Sensory profile: intense aromas, balsamic notes, clean and lingering flavour.

    • Key differentiator: this honey is 100% natural and free from agrochemicals, as the hives are located in forest areas where the eucalyptus trees are not treated with any kind of chemicals, unlike what often happens in agricultural zones (e.g. citrus or other intensive crops).

  • Multifloral honey from the Argentine Litoral

    • Origin: rural and forestry surroundings of the Los Charrúas region.

    • Sensory profile: well-balanced honey, with a mild to medium flavour, ideal for blends, retail packing or industrial use.

Oil and Gas Industry

Based on the results obtained, it is determined that the sampling process was appropriate. Regarding particle size distribution, the material aligns with the characteristics of a natural 40/70 sand. However, it is recommended to consider the removal of particles above sieve No. 30 and below sieve No. 100. • Sphericity and roundness meet the required average value of greater than 0.6. • Acid solubility (HCl:HF) is acceptable, below 3%. • Turbidity of the natural sample is low, under 250 FTU, and thus considered acceptable. • Density values are consistent with this type of sand. • Crushing resistance (K-value) is estimated at 6K. All tests were completed satisfactorily, with no anomalies to report. Signed: Leandro D. Serraiocco Civil Engineer – Registration No. CPIC 17413 President, WEG Ingeniería S.A. Silica Sand

Wide Range of Grain Sizes Available and High Production Capacity
We offer silica sand in various sizes, aligned with the natural 40/70 classification, with the option to remove particles outside sieve No. 30 and No. 100. Our facility has a production capacity of approximately 10,000 tons per day, ready for commercialization. The product meets international standards: spherical shape, acid solubility below 3%, low turbidity (<250 FTU), estimated crush resistance of 6K, and appropriate density for demanding industrial applications.
